I was grateful for the daily cleaning service. the cleaner did an amazing job. Our room was super clean every day. i especially loved the towel art he created and left on our bed. It was AMAZING!!!
i found the food selection somewhat lacking. it seemed repetitive, with the same dishes served most nights. there was also a lack of clear labeling. the salad dishes, for example, often didn't have name tags, so i wasn't sure what i was eating.

i found many pools suitable for both adults and children. the staff members were always willing to assist with any issues and provided excellent customer service. i especially appreciated the support from luca who was always available to help. the hotel location was perfect and the staff were superb.
the key cards stopped working multiple times . the external phones on the block were also not functional. i had to return to reception each time to get the key cards reset which was inconvenient particularly from the 3rd floor.

the hotel has many pools to choose from including one with entertainment that is heated. there were various choices for food at the restaurants. the hotel territory was clean and well-maintained.

The staff was helpful and accommodating! We got two rooms and had a baby with us. Luca, the administrator, upgraded our room to the Royal Suite on the 1st floor near the kids' aqua park when he learned about our stroller. The food variety was AMAZING!!! There are five restaurants on site, each offering various kinds of food. Some menu items change every day.
I noticed moths and mosquitoes in the room at all hours. Despite insecticides being used throughout the hotel, they were a constant presence.

The Royal Suite offered a spacious layout with a terrace right near the kids' aqua park. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the day. The room included a minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks.
